Steve Truwick has been contacted by a drystane dyker who would like it to be known, he has sole permission to fly Cumrew. obviously working closely with landowners, farmers and gamekeepers has its benefits. He is not a member of NHPC. So, if you see someone flying there, don't assume it's ok for you...

There used to be a lad in the club called Craig Eblett who drove Mad Dog up X-Fell in his Rav 4. I don't think it had a low range gearbox and he had a distinct burning clutch smell once he got to the top.
Definately need something with an extra low gear or an auto box.
