You'll have to upload it somewhere first (Colin might be able to help) and then post the link here.

Or, you could convert PDF pages to large images (PNG is better than JPG for this) and post them as a series of pictures.

Love the cruelty here.

Sergey, Bill struggles to stoke the PC up and post a simple text message with his sausage like fingers. Never mind talking about "converting" files, allthough Bill would do well to convert his Coal PC to a Gas one.

Try this link......

http://www.bhpa.co.uk/members/safety/notices/index.php

Its the top one, I think. Safety Notice 031 - 360 degree turns & nose down spirals.

This is a thing that has puzzled me! It has been reported in the paragliding Forum for
A time yet it has gust came to the notice of Bhpa. How did these wings get threw on testing and did any poor sole died. Should we not no this.
Everyone who lives dies, yet not everyone who dies, has lived. We take these risks not to escape life, but to prevent life from escaping us ...

The problem is that all gliders are tested with a very strict harness setting.

The distance between carabiners and seat to carabiner distance is on the LTF reports.
If people fly out side this setting, even by as little a 1cm, then the nose down can occur (particularly on certain gliders)

Unfortunately (IMO) the BHPA?DHV/EN/Anybody else have been slow to
a. Name the effected gliders
b. Point out the dangers of altering the LTF/DHV settings
c. Instructing instructors to STRESS the importance of harness settings.

If anybody has any concerns about this, then get in touch and I'll talk you through it!

Take care out there...
