A very poignant afternoon and a great honor to be part of the tribute to Julie, a beautiful service, with nature offering it's own accompaniment to the lovely words, thoughts and music.
Thank you John, Jenny, Katie and Rachael for inviting us to be a part of this very moving occasion.
If you're walking along the beach anytime, call in, there will always be a warm welcome, can't promise that the cakes will be as good, nor the support for Newcastle as strong, but we'll do our best.

Thank you so much for the cards, kind words, support, flowers and text messages there have been so many I couldn't reply to them all.
As Brian has said Julie's service was a bit special with amazing tributes from family and friends with both words and solo music pieces.
Yes nature played her part in Julie's farewell with a massive storm of thunder lightning and torrential downpours. She was probably making sure that I didn't go flying this afternoon and she knew which clouds to use!
