As the forcast was showing strong wind it was straight up to take off for an early one. Wind was off to the E and very light which made for an interesting take off especially for Glen (video witheld for return compilation). We headed off to Pic d'Andan where the hangies were setting up but as expected the wind arrived and spoilt our playtime. It was hitting 37 degrees, and we were slowly melting and it must have been effecting our mental state as we ended up dancing on top of TO in our under crackers. Video evidence again to follow. Giving up on flying the river was now the target for the days activity with the chance for an evenings restitution flight, but alas it was not to be. Although it was a disapointing flying day we had a great laugh fooling around on TO then later in the river. T.B.H. I cant think of a nicer place to be NOT flying, just soaking up the ambiance of this beautiful location was a delight in it's self.
Back at base it was homemade chilli with lashings & lashings of fizzy beer, this complimented a great day with even better company. This turned out to be the last flying day as unfortunately the wind was against us, so after depositing some smelly cheese in Daves car to accompany them home it was Bon voyage Millau.
