After very interesting explanations about cloud formations and stuff on Sunday Ron has got me very interested in learning everything I can about meteorology, it's so interesting, actually looking up and understanding why there is a hole in the middle of the cloud and why those wedge shapes are there ...

Thanks to Ron my feet left terra firma today for the first time, what a feeling, I really, really need to fly, I cant wait to lob off the top of a HUGE hill!

Does everyone fly with one? And if so do you have to do some sort of training to use one or is it a case of once it's packed it stays like that until ine needs to " pull the cord "?

Is there one, and can I come meet people ?

Hi, I'm dan, I live in bedlington, Ron is taking me out hang gliding for the first time on sunday, it's something I've always fancied but always had climbing and surfing keeping me busy but since watching lots of YouTube vids I have the bug to learn so it looks like its now or never !!
