Just wondering if we are going to have any club comps this year. We are coming to the end of the season so it would be nice to compete when we still have some thermals to use. Is anyone interested and is Ron Freeman still offering to run the competitions.

We've "got" to have a club comp John, its the yearly main event for the club (Apart from the Foreign holidays) looks like you could be a fine candidate for running it, looks like Ronnie seems to be too busy or other commitment's. I dont think I'll be flying again this year as I've hurt my back big style, so if you want i'll give you a hand Johnny boy.

Errr just hold there boys...Its not me thats been too busy ! The club has been very busy this year with BCC comps, holidays, and very poor weather....

I will try and fit in HG & PG comps when most members are about, I also like to give everyone a chance to get prepaired for the dual in the skies !

Last weekend in Sept 29-30th and the 6-7th of October - check 'Notice section' for up dates.

Can we possibly have the club comp after 29th September as i am off to Spain tomorrow for a week and would not want to miss it.

.......and not on 6th Oct because we are away. Somehow don't think this works just gotta do it when the weather allows, but not the 6th

The system work well (last weekend of the month starting from May)
We have achieved HG & PG comps for the last two years...
This also gives everyone a chance to take part due to plenty of notice.

This year the BCC competitions has change things a bit... plus poor weather & holidays.

At the moment I am trying to make the best of a bad year for flying.

You would be better off sending both trophies around to my house now, it would save the tears and tantrums of this club full of losers...you know the address!
