All we need now is Lance to get the Cross Fell Cam on line and we're laughing

After mentioning the idea to several club members at Xfell there was no real enthusiasm so I put the idea on the back burner.
However I am very willing to give it a go.
My house does not overlook the fell. A mate at Bolton (about 10 miles away from Xfell) has agreed to site it in a bedroom but I have to run cable to to his router unless I spend more cash on a wireless router.
I have a camera (£112). If I have to fit a wireless router (£40) the whole project would cost about £150 plus (perhaps) an annual broadband fee or a contribution to my mates broadband cost.

Not to worry Lance I thought it was just going to be a plug and play freebie for the club which would have been great. I don't think there will be much support to spend that sort of money though. Not to worry twas a good idea.
