Online sites guide

Post by colin keightley »

Just a small observation about the online sites guide. It doesnt give wind direction or not without reading into all the flying info. And even thats only some of them.
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country

I planned on doing something fancy and interactive with wind direction which is why it didn't get added as a basic parameter.

Sorry to all in the club at the way this has just stopped. Steve's right, I took on a big work commitment in February, that then went permanent, and this knocked all development (never mind flying) out of the window.

I still mean to get this at least to a level where all the sites are loaded in as the biggest thing that impressed me when I launched it was the wiki type contributions of others in the club. I'd really like to see it at a point where the rest of the club can get involved on all the sites.

So, I'm planning that over the next week or two, I'm just going to take the time and get them in. Then after Christmas I might find some spare time to start adding some of the good stuff... then again I've said that before... :x
