Certainly can Ron.

I'm going up to meet the warden on Friday night to find out how everything works and get the keys etc. Those who don't want a bunk are to bring there own tent as the tents that were rigged when me and Bill checked it out have been taken down. I think you will need your sleeping bag for the bunks unless blankets are available which I will check out.

Bill will keep you informed on the fun side of things and I can assure you he's got all sorts up his sleeve including archery :)

Just got back from a meeting with the wardens of Milkhope and I had the grand tour how to run the generator lights toilets kitchen ete etc. This place has been refurbished by the teachers who teach the kids about life in the great out doors and they are passionate. It is a fantastic venue and we are the first to be allowed to use Milkhope on a commercial basis. I really hope you guys put your weight and support behind this and make it a great BBQ a one to remember. They love the idea that a northumberland club have come forward to use the place and they know quite a bit about us and Ronnie's school lets hope he supports us too.

This will open the door to access Milkhope for other events including your own friends and family occasions I can think of a few events I would love to have here.............anyway I digress!

There are plenty of beds in the 2 rooms upstairs which will be shared by all who attend the only proviso is to bring a sheet or blanket to keep the new mattresses clean. There's power water a kitchen and other rooms too.

I would suggest bring a tent a lantern / torch food drink etc to be sure. But the club will be providing drinks and other goodies.

Don't forget this is for all members and their families and friends and it is free!!

There does'nt seem any problem bringing your dog either as there were plenty there tonight.

New members please come and meet everyone I would love this to be a memorable night.

Over to Chairman Bill................
