Another video containing loads of footage from the helicopter and Swannies acro routine has been added to tube. Taken from a head cam its a bit shaky but really well edited with some suitable tunes..enjoy:

This years LCC was amazing from my point of view. Last summer I came up with the crazy scheme of holding it in the most beautiful tranquil valley in the Lakes, but before I told any one I sorted out all the consents with farmers, National park & Trust e.t.c. From there I started coming up with all sorts of hair brain schemes which any sensible type would of taken great delight in shouting me down in flames over. However after 10 months planning it all came off. The ultimate point for me was when I jumped out of the chopper with adrenaline buzzing through my system from the flight up and only then realized it was actually flyable and we...... yes the CSC were about to pull of the U.K.'s first ever acro comp! I think my reaction on the video says it all.

Hi Gordie,

Great video.

I enjoyed last year loads but this year was out of this world. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything was just so relaxed and easy going, just the way it should be.

I only wish I had planned better and could have camped with my wife and kids. I was gutted when we had to leave at around 10 pm.

Great video and great atmosphere on the Saturday night, the best night this year! Also I had two firsts on that night (1) Seeing Acro live for the first time and (2) Ed Cleasby putting his hand in his pocket and buying me a pint .......Well worth turning up for
