Does anyone know what do the bottoms of clouds mean when they look like this?

Seen them a couple of times recently guessing v turbulent air?

"Mammatus" is your answer. Found under some of our larger cumulus freinds and some other clouds. Saw a few around yesterday under some of the bigger stuff. They say to me "Stay well away"!!!
