DHPC, the new forum for the north?

Post by Fingers »

There was a time when ALL news, topics and nonsense was open to ALL who came across the NHPC. This how the guests from far and wide found the NHPC.

It would seem that the DHPC are prepared to treat people as grown ups and welcome all in.

This refers to a now deleted or moved to the private section post by Colin re the public post on the DHPC about a very serious incident involving there members.

Come on the NHPC, kick the wise monkeys into touch, get the board open to all again before the rest of the country gets bored, turns off and goes somewhere else for there fix of flying news, help and nonsense, the DHPC?

Is this NHPC forum not supposed to be a free open community for ALL? At the moment, its feeling more like the masons.

The post in question was moved to the "Safety, Accidents and Incidents" section of the forum.

Which is of course members only.

But I dont have a problem with that.

If I was injured, I would not want the paragliding world gawping at the details, although I would be happy for club members to see.

The reason it is on the Dales Forum is because Dales Pilots were involved.
It is sad to measure your life in terms of hours flown...... but even sadder not to.........

I can second that we have members who did not renew their subs as they were embarrassed by the posts on the forum. Plus why should the rest of the world view our club business....It's a club site.

Enough guys, this is a very sensitive matter, treat it with a bit of decorum. Not a time or issue to discus our in house fighting.
Please do not respond to this post.
See you out there!!!!!
