NHPC Xmas Party

Post by Chris L »

As newly appointed social secretary 8) I'd like to suggest a Xmas Party and prize giving out on the town instead of at the Corner House.
Should be a better atmosphere and give longer to socialise than we get at the meetings. (party) (beer)
A suggestion is to go to Kubai Khan in Dean Street, Newcastle for a Chinese/Mongolian Buffet about £13-£15 per head all you can eat. Get around a big table and present the prizes before/after the meal. This is a great restaurant and should be a good central venue for people to get too
Saturday 13th December.
Please let me know if you will come along so I can book this up.
Post below or send a pm.
I think we should still have the meeting on Wed 3rd December to run through club business, and just have the party and prize giving "oot on the toon"

Chris little, I thought the Corner house gave the NHPC the conference room for nothing provided we book a buffet at the end of the year for the presentation night ?

If the Club goes some where else you might upset them...

Please post if Friday is ok for folk and we could try for that :?:
Will still be going ahead with the buffet at Decembers meeting but aim for the prize giving "oot on the toon" if this suits :?:
