November Club Auction

Post by John Wallis »

Well if you couldn't make it last night you missed out big style. Our auctioneers Ali G and Neil Smith were absolutely brilliant, we never stopped laughing. The members were very generous with some excellent donations.

Roll on the next one.

Well done.

Susan was quite disappointed that she had not come along when I told her about the auctioning of the fire screen!

Well done to Ali and Neil for making it a great side splitting evening!

As I'd already started this thread this morning, I thought I'd better just paste my original comments into this one as well!

What a night!!!!!!!
I haven't laughed so much in a long time. (rofl)
I'm sure I can say that everyone that attended had a great time. Laughing at the auctioneers, being amased by the bargains or astonished at the prices some people will pay for a mars bar! (clap)

A huge thank you to Neil and Ali for running the auction, to Wendy for keeping the books, to everyone that donated stuff, to everyone that bought something and to everyone that attended, everyone played their part.

Keep your eyes open on the board for the final auction item, everyone's chance to join in.
See you out there!!!!!

Surf crazed and dazed
