British Paragliding Cup

Post by RonDon »

British Paragliding Cup is being held up in the Borders this weekend at a lovely spot called Tibbe Shields Inn, at the end of St Mary’s Loch Scotland. May 9th 10th 11th and 12th. Sunday is looking good weather-wise.

Good luck to those in the BPC. I hope the weather plays ball and you get some good flying in - the crack will be good and the Tibbie Shields is in a beautiful spot. If it's flying your after and you have sunday & monday free I'd think of staying on the road north to the highlands though.........

Naomi is on the organizing team so will be camping at HQ this weekend. The Nationals follow on from the BPC so you have a chance to join the party next weekend too

It's called old age catching up on you Gary, the injury starts at one place then creeps through your body, it'll be the elbow, then the shoulder, then the neck and who knows where from there.
Either that or it's been too much wrist exercise, you'll have to use the other hand!!!
See you out there!!!!!

The joys of Comps!

Sat on the wrong hill in the wrong area.....

Take heart, the weather is crap here Chris.

The Northumbrians have been having a ball in Scotland - here are Sundays results. Great flights by AliG, Ron D, Chris F & Neil Cloudbase was so high they went hypoxic and had a few airspace issues along with many others but it must have been a great day out..........
