Tomorrows stage of the tour de France is live on More4.

So what has that got to do with paragliding?

Nothing..... except for the fact that the stage is a time trial around lake Annecy, passing through Tailloire, Forclaz, and past Doussard.

You can sit and shout "I have been there!" to all your mates.....

Might even get to see some paragliders flying!

And todays stage ends in Le Grand Bornard, on the Aravis range.

The Channel is ITV4.
Todays stage (Highlights) is repeated at 1300-1400.
The Annecy 40km time trial is live at 1400-1700.

Also on every evening at 7pm on ITV4.
One Brit in with a very good chance of a podium place in GC, Wiggins, he could actually win and it will be today if he does.
On Sunday we will see another Brit cross the finish line in first place, Cavandish, when he will stick two fingers up at the organisers for robbing him of his Green Jersey.
Britain's cyclists are doing very well this year and it looks like there will be an all Brit team next year, can Chris Hoy loose enough weight, does he want to? Unfortunately Wiggins and Cav don't seem to be interested in moving teams, but if they did,,,,,hmmm what a team!!!

Mark Cavendish should rightly feel pee'd of with the organisers for disqualifying him from the sprint finish last week.

The best bit was when the organisers, having disqualified him, were asked if he could appeal. "Yes" the man said, " But I will not allow the appeal if he does". Fine example of natural justice there, pre judging something that had not even happened!

As for Bradley Wiggins, it is great to see that even people like Lance Armstrong was frightened of him yesterday, and there was a concerted effort to break him by a number of teams.
