flying spain doyouwanna for the last 4 days

Post by gary stenhouse »

Well me and john enjoyed a nice 4 days with nick at doyouwanna flying every day coast and inland. We decided to fly mainly palamoret as the take offs are easier for john, though we could of went further inland with a walk up and XC flying. For me it was about learning my wing and for once I feel like I achieved something. For john cabo is boring soaring for me it was wingovers and some nearly scaring myself shitless? When it goes right it is quite scary looking down at your wing and thinking have I got weight in my harness, and if yes you are ready to re apply break but not much on the factor or you will loop then lots of opposite break as if you lose energy it stops the collapses.
Great but with the weather in the uk it will all be lost but still we might get some more good flying soon as back out there on the 15th of October.
