well as the winds and the sw and west winds remain it looks like there is a chance for a hg comp at cross fell this weekend.

hi gary, if your leg is still swollen two days on, i would get it looked at if i were you.
I reckon you need a bit of rest, get some ice on it and take a couple of weeks off mate. The seasons just about shot now anyway. Ill probably not bother flying much more now either, hardly at all in fact.
