well after weighing and weighing and trying to get the true weight of kit clothing etc i took the plunge and bought some proper hospital scales. even taken out the wallet and leatherman and keys was detectable. so if you are unshure and you do not know what weight range glider to get i can weigh you take your blood pressure and a general check over for 49.99.

cheep at half the price if you buy the wrong glider

i tried standing on it and it broke so i bought another and tried it again who ever made the app for weighing did not test it first.

mind i am doing well man clinicks now got the blood pressure machine scales and all the advice a floorlaying specialist can give

80.1kg naked with all kit exept intruments and water flying suit 101.4kg

very accurate even having a pee was enough to change your weight.

what it has told me is i am perfect weight for glider and if i was wanting to down size it would be a lot of weight too loose.

clothing and shoes are a lot heavier than you think a pait of shoes jeans wallet leatherman was over 2.5kg.
