January the 5th meeting and could someone chair or cancel

Inamorata going to be tied up on Wednesday and wondered if there is any one to chair the meeting. We do have the use of the same location as Decembers meeting.

However if we all agree that this is going to be a very small turnout then I think the meeting should be canceled?

Please let me know as soon a possible so that we can let the venue no that we will not be attending.

Hi Gary you may remember me saying that Fluid Bar won't be available on the first Wednesday of January because of a Newcastle home game it could be changed to the Thursday if required most other days were no problem and they would be delighted to see us. Remember Nigel Valkard a once hang glider and microlight pilot used to let us use the Blackie Boy has now handed over to his son who has extended an invitation to use to use the Fluid Bar.

I am away Wednesday, otherwise would have been happy to chair the meeting Gary.

It may be better to cancel it, given no one will be there?

Yes I think that if we can cancel Wednesdays meeting then that will be the best way forward, it's not every day your nephew is 18
