a big thankyou to all the members that turned up last night to make it worth while driving half way round the country to be there. thanks to bill for chairing the meeting in my late arival, and was good to watch the master at work. and to jim and ali for taken part in the flights from wether fell, as i think that it gave a good insight in flying togeather and helping each other along as a team. though i still think ali keeps some heelium for emergancys. they say a good cheff always keeps a few secrets up his sleeve.

no exelent noight and thanks again for restoring my faith in the club

cheers gary

Excellent night Gary, Jim and Ali

While we are on the subject of the club meetings I will be going in for a total ileostomy in November and will be out of action for 3 month so come the AGM someone will need to take over as club secretary so please people start thinking about it now
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country

Yes it was a good meeting, but far too short, great to see Neil again, take care and get well mate, Paul and Kay and hear about Pauls 3 peaks race, Kays great photos, seeing Ali Wolf and Chris Foz, Colin and Wendy who is blooming in her pregnancy.
For me its these and others that have missing too long on the hill and are important characters in the club and its why we all must get to more meetings to hook up, me especially, I hate meetings but I can see there value.
A big thank you to Ali, Gary for their talk through and Colin for his techy expertise. If we can all get together on the same hill, we can all fly for longer and perhaps further?
The photos of Chris were worth turning up for alone, there is a space at the top of this forum between the hg and pg needs filling?
