Hi All
A quick up-date with a couple of new dates for late summer flying ideas with Allez-Up.
We are basking in mid summer heat at the moment – after a bit of a slow spring, the summer is sizzling. We have really enjoyed the year so far, with some lovely groups, great conditions for the Chabre open, the Tour de France, and some good parties too. To top off the summer celebrations, Marianne (you may remember her as ‘Dobby’ from a couple of year back!) and Richard had a most excellent marriage ceremony on Chabre take off, followed by flying and of course a big party by the pool (and of course in the pool too.....). Happy days!
We are pretty full for the rest of summer, but do have a few options still available if you are thinking of heading down to Laragne during August/September,
10-17 August – The small gite ‘le cabanon’ is available for a self catering week.
24-31th August – The big house ‘La Grange’ is free if you have a gang of friends or family and haven’t organised your summer holiday yet (or fancy sneaking a second summer hol in). Self-catering or a flying week with transport possible. Special prices for pilots or a smaller group.
8th-15th September – Back again, by popular demand! Flying week with Judy Leden and Chris Dawes from Airways Airsports. Always a good week with excellent instructors helping you get the most out of every day.
21st-28th September – Flying week with Sussex Paragliding. Aimed towards lower airtime pilots, or in fact anyone looking for mellow late season flying and good company.
Cheers for now, have a great summer wherever you are,
Rachael and David
