Thanks Mehdi all been well it won't be long as there was no complications. Enjoying nerve block at moment before the pain kicks in, good news I can from tomorrow move arm with full range of motion or as permitted.

they lied about the full range of motion today I guess the physio said pain permitting. however now the nerve block has gone the full range may take a little longer than 24 hours unless I am uncotious :P

so with some luck and work I will be flying soon though will know better once I have seen the physio.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery Gary but don't rush back into things that will set you back...I am of course speaking as one who would do just that to someone I believe would do just that! :wink:

hard work as feel great but know I cant fly and cant weight train to re strengthen just yet. it wont be long for sure but I don't think I will be flying this weekend or could I have flown laragne. the main thing is the tendons were in tact so I think training every other day for the last 9 months has done its job.
