I would imagine most club members are currently in the Lakes, nursing hang overs, after last nights Lakes charity classic bash.

It does look fairly strong today, especially if it is varying from 4-15mph on wether.

Wind is forecast to drop this evening. Maybe a late afternoon / evenings fly at Millers leap?
It is sad to measure your life in terms of hours flown...... but even sadder not to.........

Flying today

I'm up for flying today. East Hill might be on. Alternatively I could go to Hartside if there are others interested.

too windy

Post by Peter »

Still looking too windy for me being a beginner 10-19 on wether and 13-24 on Carlton and the wind seems to be picking up here. Think ill give it a while and see if it calms down as Alistair suggests. (dance)
