wednesdays meeting is on but i can't make it

i had completely forgot that family is ariving for australia tomorrow morning and i am looking after them. so unfortunately i will not be able to be at the meeting big family wedding at the weekend. i know ali cant make it or ron don as he is on holiday.

so i require someone to chair the meeting or the alternative is to postpone until next week and just pick a venue

the way things were left at the last meeting with andrew the manager was 25 for the room. however i think when there is lecture or entertainment then we could have more informal meetings picking a quiet pub that we can grab a corner and have a meal.

if you can chair the meeting it would great as i had forgott that i was having to take the family out as my dads is not back from spain.

and probably get away late looking at the current forcast !

yes the room is available as long as we pay the £25.00 however i do think this may not always be required.
