re sites guide and how we got them and what permision

Hi,

I am the site officer and treasurer for the Long Mynd Soaring Club. Sometime ago my wife and I were members of your club, at that time we lived in Nottinghamshire. We had joined as we were holidaying in Northumberland. As a result we have your excellent guide. I would like to replicate that sort of guide for our club. Can you please advise from which organisation you obtained the licence to use the maps and etched 3d map.
Would appreciate any help you can give.
